By creating an account, you agree to the following terms regarding your "Pay Small Small" installments:
1. The Agreement
By using Paysmallsmall, you authorize us to split your total purchase price into installments. You agree to pay each installment in full on or before the scheduled due date.
2. Automated Repayments
● Authorization: You authorize Paysmallsmall to automatically debit your Mobile Money wallet/account for scheduled installments.
● Sufficiency of Funds: You are responsible for ensuring your account has sufficient funds on the due date. Paysmallsmall is not responsible for any "overdraft" or "insufficient funds" fees charged by your bank.
3. Default & Consequences
Failure to pay an installment by the end of the 24-hour grace period will result in the following "Default Actions":
● Account Suspension: Your Paysmallsmall account will be restricted from further purchases.
● Late Fees: A late fee of 5% of outstanding balance for every week missed will be charged.
● Credit Impact: We reserve the right to report consistent defaults to the Credit Bureau, which may lower your credit score and your ability to get loans elsewhere.
4. Continuous Payment Authority (CPA)
If a payment fails, you agree that we may attempt to re-process the payment at intervals every 4 hours until the balance is settled.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds for items purchased via Paysmallsmall are subject to the merchant’s return policy. Even if you return an item, you must continue making payments until the merchant confirms the refund to us. Once confirmed, we will credit your account accordingly.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be settled through Arbitration/Mediation before legal proceedings.
